A pipe burst at my office today.

Wow, what a disaster! Seeing that it isn’t the winter season, your pipes probably burst because it was too old. And that poor computer! It’s obviously beyond repair among the other things, and by the looks of it -- everything is ruined. At least that was something different from the daily life we live. It could’ve been worse you know; your office could’ve been caught on fire.
